How do I place an order?

You can order in three easy ways:

Can I order via WhatsApp only?

Yes — many customers prefer WhatsApp to send a bouquet photo, delivery address, and gift message. Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply during business hours.

Do you deliver across Alexandria?

Yes — we deliver daily to all Alexandria neighborhoods, from Mansheya and Raml Station to Smouha, Montazah, Agami, Borg El Arab, and more.

How long does delivery take?

Same-day delivery usually takes 2–4 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed before 6 PM are typically delivered the same day, subject to availability.

You may request a preferred delivery time when ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank cards (Visa / Mastercard) on the website
  • InstaPay
  • E-wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, and others)

Are the flowers fresh?

Yes — all natural flowers are sourced fresh daily. We stand behind the quality of every bouquet. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

Can I customize a bouquet or order for a special occasion?

Absolutely. We accept custom orders for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. Send us your idea on WhatsApp or email and we will design exactly what you need.

What is your exchange and return policy?

Because flowers and perishable items cannot be returned once preparation begins, orders cannot be exchanged or refunded after confirmation. We may substitute similar blooms without prior notice when needed.
